DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
                         NO. 380 OF MAY 22, 2008
        ON AMENDING THE CUSTOMS TARIFF OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
               WITH RESPECT TO ADDITIONAL UNITS OF MEASURE

     The Government of the Russian Federation resolves as follows:
     1. In partial  amendment  of  the  Customs  Tariff  of  the  Russian
Federation  approved  by  Decision  of  the  Government  of   the Russian
Federation No. 718 of November 27, 2006 on  the  Customs  Tariff   of the
Russian Federation and the Commodity Classification to Be Applied in  the
Carrying Out  of  Foreign-Economic  Activity  (Sobraniye  Zakonodatelstva
Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2006, No. 50, item 5341), the following additional
units of measure shall be included in the Commodity Classification to  Be
Applied in the  Carrying  Out  of  Foreign-Economic  Activity  (Sobraniye
Zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2006,  No.  50,  item   5341), the
following additional units of measure shall be included in the  Commodity
Classification of Foreign-Economic Activity of the Russian Federation:
     "p/st" - for subheadings 4303 10 101 0, 4303 10 901 0, 4303  10  902
0, 4303 10 903 0, 4303 10 904 0, 4303 10 905 0, 4303 10 906  0,  4303  10
907 0, 4303 10 908 0;
     "m3" - for subheadings 4407 93 900 0, 4407 94 900 0, 4407 95 900 0.
     2. This Decision shall enter into force from July 1, 2008.
