Our client is a prominent Local Law Firm and it is currently looking for Senior Lawyer to join them. Requirements: • Higher legal education from one of the leading Russian law schools; • 2+ years PQE (experience in law firm is a plus); • Fluent English is a must; • Solid experience in corporate law, M and A transactions. Responsibilities: • Consulting clients on various legal issues, preparation of different legal documents; • Full legal support of M and A transactions; • Negotiations with clients; • Participation in due diligence report preparation; • Coordination of transactions process; • Restructuring groups of companies with accent on tax issues; • Real estate issues; • Drawing up detailed construction contracts. Company offers competitive salary (up to $ 5000 depending on candidate’s skills and qualification) + social package.
