Быть представителем в суде

На мою подругу и её мать подали в мировой суд. Я хотел бы участвовать в суде в качестве участника, скажем так, вместо адвоката.
Обязательно ли им выписывать на меня доверенность, тем более, если обе присутствуют в суде?
